Pan fry the bottom of Bibigo Mandu until just crispy & browned.

Add a small amount of water. Cover & steam until water is evaporated & mandu is cooked through.

Stir-fry sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil.

Stir fry onions & carrots. Add cabbage & red bell peppers.

Add Asain noodles & stir-fry sauce. Mix & combine over high heat.

The sauce will thicken nicely coating the noodles & the veggies.

Top with the Bibigo Mandu. Sprinkle on cilantro & sesame seeds.
