Bhindi Paneer Do Pyaza
In a non-stick pan, add olive oil , cumin seeds, bayleaf and dried 🌢, ginger, okra, turmeric & salt

Let okra cook with the lid on low heat settings. When almost cooked (80%) add sliced red onions

Add the dry spices, red 🌢, coriander, cumin and mango powder

Follow up with a cup of crumbled paneer. Paneer needs to soften and mix well with okra and onion

Stir and cover the pan to help contain steam and moisture. Add some lemon πŸ‹ juice and green chili

Cook till done; taste test okra to see if it’s done. Onions should have a bit of crunch left! Enjoy!
