Biscoff Apple Cheesecake Jars
In a saucpan, add apples, flour, brownsugar, cinnamon, lemonjuice, water, cook till apples are soft

Take out in a bowl to cool. In another bowl mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Keep aside.

Beat cream cheese and icing sugar together. Add cream, vanilla essence and whisk again.

In a separate bowl take cream & biscoff spread and beat together

Once apple mixture is cool. Start assembling the jars.

In this order: Crumbs mix, creamcheese mix, caramel apples, biscoff cream and creamcheese again

You can also assemble this in a large dish if you want.

Decorate with biscoff lotus biscuits, cinnamon powder or caramel sauce.
