Biscoff Chocolate Cream Cheese Dessert
Slice a chocolate cake and lay it on a tray, you can bake it or store bought

Take 1 cup of puck thick cream

Take 1/2 cup of chocolate jello powder

Beat them until combined

Spread this layer on the cake and refrigerate while we prepare the next layer

Add 1/2 cup chocolate chunks in 1/2 cup cream. Microwave in short bursts to dissolve

Mix well until all chocolate dissolves to form a chocolate ganache

Add this layer on top of chocolate jello layer, reserve some for garnish

Spread uniformly and refrigerate again while we make the next layer

Add 1 cup of Philadelphia cream cheese and add 8 crushed lotus biscuits

Add 1 tsp of lemon juice

Add 1/4 cup milk and blend it until combined

Add 2tsp condensed milk

Blend again until combined

Pour the lotus cream cheese mixture on top of the refrigerated chocolate layers

Spread uniformly and refrigerate again until we prepare our next layer

Blend 6 lotus biscuits with 1/4 cup cream, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp cinnamon

This is your homemade biscoff spread, you can use store bought also

Pour the biscoff spread on the cream cheese layer

Using a knife make a pattern

Refrigerate the dessert overnight until all layers settle

Sprinkle the reserve chocolate ganache and crushed lotus biscuits
