Cupcake ingredients
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS: β€’ 2 1/2 scoops choc protein β€’ 1/2 cup Stevia β€’ 1/4 cup πŸ₯₯ flour β€’ 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder β€’ 1/2 tsp baking powder

MIX IN WET INGREDIENTS (*see last slide. Fold cherries in AFTER all other ingredients are mixed...oops)

Use the Large Scoop to fill the wells (trust me on this one.)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Fill 8 wells 3/4 full. Bake 15-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool 10-15 minutes.

MIX FROSTING INGREDIENTS: β€’ 3 oz whipped cream cheese β€’ 3 oz fat-free plain Greek yogurt β€’ 1 tbsp Splenda or Stevia β€’ 1/8 tsp almond extract
