Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Combine avocado, lime juice, sour cream, cilantro & salt in a blender. Purée until smooth.

Season both sides of the halibut fillets with the blackening seasoning.

Heat oil in large skillet on med-high. Add fillets. Cook 3-5 min per side or until opaque & flaky.

Serve fillets topped with the avocado lime sauce.
