Blender Oat Pancakes
Banana, oatmeal, almond milk, honey, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in a blender

Blend everything up!

Pour the batter into a bowl

Drizzle olive oil in a heated pan/skillet.

Measure out 1/4c of batter and pour onto the skillet.

After 2-3 minutes Flip the pancakes!

Top with butter and maple syrup!
