Blistered Shishito Peppers
In a pan on high heat with oil, add peppers.
Stir them as they create a dark brown char. Add salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix. Done!
Dipping Sauce: mayo, sriracha, minced garlic and some water. Mix well and done!
