Bloody Mary Flavored Vegan Jerky
soy curls, bouillon, pepper, celery salt, smoked paprika, Worcestershire, horseradish, πŸ… paste, hot sauce, liquid smoke, maple syrup, vodka(optional)

First add your soy curls to a large container and pour hot water over them.

Stir in the celery salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and bouillon. Cover and let marinate 5-10 minutes until rehydrated.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients to create the Bloody Mary sauce.

Coat the soy curls with 1/2 of the sauce and air fry for 20 minutes at 250F.

Then, mix the soy curls with the remainder of the sauce...

And air fry at 250F for another 10-20 minutes.

Serve as a game day snack with vegan ranch or as part of a Bloody Mary brunch bar!
