1/2 Cup Oatmeal, 2 Tbs. Gentle Sweet, 2 tsp. Baobab, 1/2 Cup Blueberries, 1/2 Small Banana, 1/2 Cup Almond Milk, 1/2 Cup Water
Add 1/4 Cup Riced Cauliflower, add sprinkle of glucomannan, bring to a boil & cook for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
Pour into bowl
Top with cinnamon & enjoy!
