Blueberry Overnight Oats

Remove any stems from the blueberries, rinse, and pat dry.
Combine oats, flax seeds, & cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in milk & syrup until blended. Fold in berries.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Serve chilled or warmed with added berries & syrup, if desired.
