Ingredients: butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, baking powder, salt, flour, whole wheat flour, milk, and blueberries.
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time then lemon juice.
Add dry ingredients just until combined. Mix in milk until incorporated.
Pour batter into a greased and parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 15 minutes then remove and cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
