Circuit 1: Toe taps - 20 taps each foot. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 1: Burpee box jump - 5 reps. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 1: Side plank - 20 seconds each side. Once you complete all 3 moves in circuit 1 once, start over and repeat 2 more times for 3 rounds total!

Rest for 1 minute before beginning next circuit. Circuit 2: Plyo lunge box jump - 10 reps. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 2: Tricep dip side plank - 14 reps. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 2: In/outs - 25 reps. Once you complete all 3 moves in circuit 2 once, start over and repeat 2 more times for 3 rounds total!

Rest for 1 minute before beginning next circuit. Circuit 2: Single leg squat - 10 each side. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 2: Push up to pike press - 8 reps. Immediately follow with ➡️

Circuit 3: Bicycles - 25 reps. Once you complete all 3 moves in circuit 2 once, start over and repeat 2 more times for 3 rounds total!
