Bourbon Pecan Pie Brownies
Set your oven to 350F and gather ingredients

What you'll need

Eggs
1 1/2 cup
100% Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp
Pure Vanilla
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1 teaspoon
Instant Coffee
2 sticks
Sticks Unsalted Butter, Melted
2 1/2 cups
Organic Cane Sugar
11/2 cups
Flour
1 cup
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Put eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, vanilla, & coffee granules in large batter bowl

Pour into standup mixer and beat on medium for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl

Put brown sugar and melted butter into large batter bowl. Stir gently to mix & pour into mixer bowl

Beat 2 minutes til glossy, then add flour & chocolate chips til blended in

Grease bottom of PC Brownie Pan using PC Spritzer

Using PC Medium Scoop, fill Brownie Pan and bake 15 minutes.

PECAN TOPPING Put 1 cup of brown sugar into Large Batter Bowl,

Add 1/2 cup Bourbon Real Maple Syrup

Add 1 Tbsp. Bourbon, 1 Tbsp. Pure vanilla extract and 2 eggs

Add 1 tsp. Salt, 1/2 stick melted butter & 3 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Mix well. Pull Brownies out

Using Medium Scoop, put nut topping & spread with PC small spreader. Return to oven for 15 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes and using PC Mini Nylon Spatula remove brownies to platter

Enjoy! Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream while warm
