Boutin Family Fast-N-Easy Healthy Taco Stuffed Peppers
Start by chopping off the tops of your peppers and scooping out the seeds. Invert on the baking dish.

Spray with The Kitchen Spritzer and pop in a preheated 350 degree oven.

Dice and sauté one sweet onion.

Brown up some ground beef with the Mix N Chop.. this is about 3 pounds.

Prepare the Lime Crema for the topping. Sour cream, juice from 1 lime .. squished with the Citrus Press, add garlic salt to taste!

Drain the grease.. I used the Ceramic Egg Cooker 🤷🏼‍♀️

Add in taco seasoning.. one tbsp per pound of beef.. then some extra!

Add onions back in and a jar of salsa.

Measure 2 cups of cheese for the filling and in the Easy Read Measuring cups.. 3/4 cup for the top of the peppers!

In you go to the pot!

Add in equal parts cooked rice to the ground beef. I reserved some beef mixture for low carb peppers....

I mixed in cauliflower rice to my bowl :)

Flip over the peppers using the Chefs Tongs.

Fill er’ up with the Large Scoop then top with reserved cheese. Back into the oven till the cheese is bubbly!
