Braided Chicken Paratha
Add in 1/4 cup oil. Sauté 1 onion , chopped (till light golden brown)

Add in 1/2 kg chicken mince (you can use beef too). Add 2 full tbsp ginger garlic paste and 4-6 chopped green chilies. Give it a good mix.

Add 1 tsp salt,3/4 tsp black pepper,1/2 tsp Garam Masala & 1 tsp Shan Tikka masala (adjust spices accordingly to taste).Mix & leave till Keema cooks

Sprinkle dhaniya. Turn off stove. Let it cool down completely

Oil parchment.place thawed paratha.make slits(4-5) each side.add keema,cheese,jalapeño & fold.Top two folds 1st,then bottom two.Then top to bottom

Egg wash. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake on baking tray (using same parchment paper) for 20-30 mins at 350F (till top starts looking golden brown).
