Braised Turkey Legs With Apples
Start sautéing the turkey legs both sides.

Remove turkey from the pan.

Add diced onion, carrots, celery and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.

Season with salt, black pepper. Add fresh thyme.

Bring back turkey legs into the pan.

Add 2 cups of broth and 1 cup of apple cider.

Cover and let it simmer on low heat for hour and a half.

When the meat is nice and tender add 2 apples sliced.

Finish cooking in the oven for another 30 minutes on 350 degree.
