Breaded Chicken Cutlets (Fatina)
Start with one bowl of flour, one bowl of egg and milk mixture, one bowl of breadcrumb mixture

The breadcrumb mix includes Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, Garlic & Herb spice and lemon zest

Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg mix and then breadcrumbs. Place them right in your pan to fry!

Fry in a pan of canola or vegetable oil until golden brown

Recommended sides are rapini and grain of your choice
