12 Well Muffin Tin
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius

Take your muffin tin and brush each well with oil to prevent the egg from sticking

Chop your peppers, onion, tomatoes, cheese & parsley

Evenly spread your peppers into each well

Evenly add your onions

Evenly add your tomatoes

Evenly add your chives

Evenly add your cheese

Add a small egg to each well until 3/4 full

Your egg muffins are almost ready for the oven

Add a pinch of salt

Bake for approximately 20mins (fan assisted ) - 25 mins (non fan oven)

Your egg muffins are now ready, these are great for breakfast or as a cold snack, enjoy!
