Breakfast Egg Rolls (fry, air fry, bake)
What you'll need

Eggs
Pinch
Salt
Pinch
Pepper
1 teaspoon
Butter
1/2 cup
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 pieces, cooked and crumbled
Bacon
4 wraps
Egg Roll Wraps
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Whisk eggs, salt & pepper in a bowl. Add butter to a skillet on med. Add eggs, cheese & bacon.

Cook eggs through. Divide the eggs onto the centers of the 4 wraps with one point towards you.

Brush the edges of the wraps with water, then fold in the left and right sides.

Fold the bottom corner up, then roll upward and press to seal edges.

Deep fry at 350F for 2-3 minutes then remove to a paper towel lined plate.

Or...brush with olive oil and air fry at 390F for 8 minutes, flipping half way.

Or...brush with olive oil and bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.

Allow to cool some and enjoy!
