Breakfast Porridge Shots
You will need 1 1/2 cups quick oats, 1 cup milk, 2 cups water, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt plus toppings.

Combine rolled oats with the milk in a medium saucepan.

Add salt. Mix well. Bring to a boil.

Lower heat to a simmer. Cook until oats are softened, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let rest for 2 mins.

Spoon into small jars or shot glasses.

Add a variety of toppings:

1. Peanut butter, jelly and chopped hazelnuts

2. Strawberry slices, yogurt and poppy seeds

3. Banana slices, maple syrup and cinnamon

4. Jellies, crushed sweet biscuits and mini chocolate chips or mini marshmallows.
