2 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup of diced onion, 4 cups of red and yellow potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste. I added Hawaiian seasoning for preference.
1 tsp garlic powder. Mix and let it cook for 3-5 until slightly brown.
Add cilantro and green onions just before turning the heat off.
