Breakfast Quiche
Shred 1 zucchini

Dice 1 tomato

Dice ¼ red onion

Whisk 4 eggs

Add 1 tsp of each: salt, pepper, and oregano

Spray your pans

Add cauliflower crust or flatbread (I used Cali’Flour)

Layer your veggies and egg mixture

Bake at 375 for about 20 min
