using you right thumb close your right nostril and inhale

use you right index finger to cover your left nostril and hold
3
release your right thumb to open your right nostril and exhale
4
now inhale through your right nostril
5
once again pinch your nose closed and hold
6
release your index finger and exhale out your left nostril
7
repeat for a 3-5 minutes
