Facing away from the tree, bring your right hand backward and rotate it on the heel of the hand

Rotate further into the circle bringing the second hand onto the tree, fingers facing down

From the modified bridge, using the 2nd hand continue to rotate all the way to the starting position

Practice both directions. Start to increase the load by moving hands lower on the tree

Ground Variation: 1 Place the hand down. Extend the hips. Rotate hand around. Come back to squat

Ground Variation: 2 Rotate into bridge and place the 2nd hand down

Final Step: Push through bridge circle back into squat position

Work both directions - practice, practice, practice
