Bridge To Shoulder Stand On Feet Up Trainer

Okay so you all saw my how not to video... and hopefully got a laugh. To avoid this:

Place or scoot your shoulders as far forward(towards the wood) on shoulder cushion as possible.

Try to place hands like this when piking up so you are not relying on arm strength - just core.

Slowly place one hand at a time around the top of the wood and come into a double stag.

Start to arch reaching bottom leg towards the floor while keeping top leg stagged to slow descent

Lower feet and hips to get some momentum and then jump into a straddle! Core, legs & toes pointed.

Once hips are over shoulders and your straddle inversion is steady, bring legs together.

That’s it! Find balance and move on with your practice.
