Brioche Bread And Buns
1 tbsp instant yeast,1/3 cup water, 2/3 cup flour

If using granulated yeast, mix in water first and let it foam and add at this step

Gluten formed after 1.5 hours

You can use hands to make dough but little messy as its egg and butter rich dough or use machine

2.5 tbsp milk powder,1 tsp salt,4 cold eggs,10 tbsp cold butter, 2.5 cups flour,3 tbsp sugar

Add all the ingredients in the bowl

Knead using machine with dough hook or just by hands

The dough after kneading, cover and freeze for 30 minutes,take out,smooth and make a big smooth ball

Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl,cover and refrigerate overnight/10 hours picture for (reference)

Divide the dough into two, one half for the bread and one for the buns

5 buns from half dough approximately 75 grams each

Make 8 balls of other half and place in lightly greased 8 or 9 inches loaf pan

You can keep for 1-3 hours at room temperature till almost triple in size

Brush with egg yolk and milk/cream mixture

Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 F in a preheated oven until golden brown and hollow when tapped,cool
