Add the dry ingredients. Make sure not to place the yeast above the salt.

Add the milk and beat until combined. Then gradually add the eggs and knead for 10 minutes.

Gradually add the butter. This will take around 8 minutes.

Cover, leave for 1-2 hours until it’s double in size, then place in the fridge for an hour.

Punch the dough and cut the dough to equal pieces.

Leave to prove for 30-35 minutes or until double in size.

Place in the oven on 355 F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown from the top.

And we’re done! Let cool in the tin for 20 minutes then remove and cool completely.
