Brisket Stuffed Peppers
Clean your bell pepper, cut the top off, and remove the insides.

In a skillet over med-high heat begin to sauté diced onion, diced bell pepper, and diced jalapeño

Season with Lane’s Brisket Rub and add butter

In a bowl add cooked rice, queso fresco, sharp cheddar, leftover brisket, and sautéed veggies

Stuff your peppers and place on baking sheet

Place in oven and cook at 375 for 20 minutes.
