Broccoli & Bacon Cheese Casserole
What you'll need
1/2 cup, grated
Mozzarella Cheese
8 ounces
Bacon
1 small
Onion
1 lb. (2-3 heads)
Broccoli Heads
1.5 cups
Light Cream
To taste
Salt & Pepper
1.5 tsp.
Cornstarch
1 Tbsp.
Water
2 Tbsp
Butter
1/3 cup, grated
Parmesan Cheese
5 cloves
Garlic

Chop onion using Manual Food Processor.

Remove stems from broccoli and prepare florets.

Mix cornstarch and water to make slurry.

Shred Mozzarella Cheese using Microplane Adjustable Course Grater and set aside.

Fry bacon in Rockcrok Everyday Pan until crisp. Remove bacon from pan.

Drain on paper towel. Remove all but 2 Tbsp. bacon fat from pan.

Melt butter in pan. Add onion cooking until transparent, ~2 minutes.

Add broccoli, salt & pepper and cook ~3 minutes until vibrant green.

Stir in garlic cooking 30 seconds. Add cream cooking 4 min. until thickened.

Return bacon to broccoli in pan and stir until well mixed.

Add cornstarch slurry to thickened if desired

Sprinkle top of mixture with Mozzarella Cheese.

Grate Parmesan on top using Microplane Zester.

Place under broiler 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
