Broccoli & Red Pepper Fried Rice & Potsticker Bowl
Make our potsticker sauce first!

Prep red and orange peppers and broccoli morning of. Cut onion when you are ready to make!

Add canola and sesame oil to pan

Add the frozen Goya potstickers

Add a tablespoon butter to hot wok

Whisk 5 eggs and pour into hot butter

Stir to cook

Once scrambled remove to bowl and cover to keep warm

Turn potstickers as they brown

Clean wok, add a small amount of canola and sesame oil and add broccoli

Add a bit of water and cover to steam

Remove broccoli when cooked but still bright green, cover to keep warm

Add about a cup and a half water to potstickers and cover to let steam

Add a bit more of both oils and shredded ginger and garlic to wok

Stir and let cook for a few minute to slightly brown the rice

Add red onions & broccoli

Add eggs & peppers

Add soy sauce and rice wine vinegar

Serve with sauce
