Broccoli Cheddar Melt With Sweet Potato Fries
Cut broccoli into 1/2” pieces.

Cut sweet potato into 1/2” wedges.

Preheat stones in oven at 420° (convection) or 425° regular.

Bring 2 tbsp butter to room temperature.

Drizzle EVOO on broccoli; add Seasoning Salt. Stir to combine.

Season with salt & pepper.

Toss sweet potatoes with large drizzle EVOO; add Seasoning Salt, salt & pepper.

Add sweet potatoes to bottom stone...

...& broccoli to top stone. Cook broccoli for 15 mins.
Combine 1/2 cup each cheddar & white cheddar cheese.

Add 4 tbsp cream cheese.

Mix to combine.

Spread cheese mixture on sourdough. (Recipe yield: 2 sandwiches)

Remove broccoli from oven.

Continue cooking potatoes 5-10 mins.

Add broccoli to bread. Butter other slice.

Place sandwich in skillet; butter other slice.

Cook over medium heat, 4-6 mins per side.

Remove sweet potatoes from oven.

Serve with smoky red pepper crema.
