Broccoli Cheese Soup (Keto & Gluten Free)
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Cook garlic and shallot in butter for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the broccoli, stock, salt, and pepper. Cook until the broccoli is tender, about 6-7 minutes.

Mix in the heavy whipping cream and cook for another minute or two until everything is nice and hot.

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cheese until it’s fully melted.
