Grate the washed & cleaned broccoli
In a small bowl, add grated broccoli and salt
Add mango powder, ginger powder, turmeric and red chili powder
Mix well and place it aside
In a bowl, add wheat flour & salt
Add water little by little and prepare a smooth dough
Paratha dough is ready
Take a small piece and start to roll
Add the broccoli stuffing
Fold the edges of the circular dough to cover
Roll it again to make a flat paratha
Place the flat broccoli paratha on a hot skillet
Cook both the sides with a thin layer of oil
