Brown Butter Chai Snickerdoodles

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Continue melting until foamy and browned. Set aside.

Whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda & chai spices.

Add room temp butter, browned butter & granulated sugar to bowl of your stand mixer.

Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy (about 2 min).

Add egg & vanilla extract. Mix to combine.

Slowly add the dry ingredients in 3 stages, and mix just until combined.

Mix just until combined. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed.

Stop and eat a piece of cookie dough (optional but sooo good πŸ˜‰)

Roll dough into 1" balls, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar topping.

Space evenly onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake @375 for 10 min or until lightly browned.
