Brown Butter Rye Shortbread Cookies
Brown 10 tbsp of butter

Add 2 c plus 2 tbsp King Arthur Medium Rye Flour to a bowl

Add 1/3 c dark brown sugar

Add 1 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt

Stir and add the brown butter

Add 1/3 c milk and stir to form a dough

Roll the dough out flat and cut out 2-3 inch circles

Bake for 10m at 400°
