Bruschetta Pasta
Break 1 lb. spaghetti in half and put into your RockCrok pan.

Add 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth.

Cover and microwave on HIGH 8 minutes.

Using your Santoku knife, chop 4 plum tomatoes into large pieces.

Chop 1/4 cup basil into large pieces.

Add tomatoes and basil to the Manual Food Processor.

Press 3 garlic cloves into the mixture.

Add 1/3 cup olive oil.

Process until all ingredients are chopped.

Remove pasta from microwave, stir, and add bruschetta.

Cover and microwave on HIGH an additional 8 minutes.

Top with grated Parmesan and enjoy!
