Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, Cranberries & Apple
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Cook diced bacon until crisp. Remove to a plate. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of the grease out.

Add shallot to the pan. Cook 1 minute, stirring often.

Add Brussels sprouts and cook about 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

Add bacon back to the pan along with the apples and cranberries.

Drizzle on maple syrup, stir to combine and heat through.
