Dry Wet Dry Method- flip chicken in flour, flip in egg mixture, flip in flour- Set to the side

When oil reaches 350 drop chicken

Flip sides regularly until chicken internal temp reaches 165, pull and season with Lane’s Scorpion

In a large bowl add Lane’s One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce. Coat chicken in sauce.

Add Bacon, onion, jalapeño, pepper jack cheese, mayo, and top with Cubano Dressing(Ranch)
