Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spread 8 oz. softened cream cheese (227g) in the bottom of an 8 inch round or square glass baking pan. Set aside.

In a bowl, add 2 cups diced cooked chicken (280g)

1/3 cup diced celery (50g) + 2 whole scallions (white bottom part only, save top for garnish) + 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing (115ml)

1/3 cupFranks red hot sauce (75ml)+ 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (35g) + 1/4 cup grated mozzarella & 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Stir to mix evenly.

Spread over the cream cheese in the baking pan.

Top with 1/4 c grated grated cheddar(30g) & 1/4 c. Grated mozzarella(30g) cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot in the center & the cheese is melted.

Once done, remove from the oven. Garnish w/ the thinly sliced green onion tops. Serve w/ your favorite dipping cracker or chip.
