Buffalo Chicken Hand Pies
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Heat cream cheese and shredded chicken in a large skillet until melted and combined.

Pour in sauce and cheddar cheese. Cook until well blended. Set aside.

Use a circle cookie cutter to cut the pie crust.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the centers of the crusts and wet the edges.

Fold in half and pinch closed. Cut a few small vents into the tops.

Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.

Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
