Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Prepare your ingredients. Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine the ground chicken, almond flour, 1/2 cup of the Buffalo sauce, and the egg in a large bowl and combine until just blended.
Form into 24 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake 20-25 minutes.
