Buffalo Shrimp & Gorgonzola Wedge Salad
Gorgonzola dressing: mix 1/4 cup mayo, sour cream and 3 tbsp milk in bowl. Add chives & Gorgonzola.

Chill dressing. Add your protein to your skillet! I used old bay on tofu & shrimp.

Cut your iceberg wedge into 1/8 pieces. Generously add your Gorgonzola dressing on top!

Add sliced red onion & halved cherry tomatoes

Toss your protein in the buffalo sauce

Add your protein, freshly cracked black pepper and you got that summertime salad!
