Burgers With Tomato Jam & Roasted Broccoli
Cut broccoli florets into 1” pieces.

Mix broccoli with 2 cloves minced garlic, EVOO, salt & pepper.

Place clove of garlic in foil. Add broccoli to stone.

Roast 15-20 mins. at 425°.

Thinly slice red onion.

Dice Roma tomato using serrated knife.

Heat EVOO over high heat.

Cook onion 4-5 mins. until softened.

Add 2 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, tomato, 1 tsp sugar. Season with salt & pepper.

Cook until soft & jammy, 4-5 mins.

Make burgers using 85% lean beef.

Cook on grill over high heat.

Mash cooked garlic with fork. Add 2 tbsp each Mayo & sour cream. Season with salt & pepper.

Flip burgers. Add thermometer probe to watch temperature.

Toast buns.
