Burgers With Wasabi Aioli & Carrot Fries
Peel 4 carrots & slice into long sticks like fries.

Slice buns with serrated bread knife if not pre-sliced.

Thinly slice onion using Simple Slicer. Cut slices in half.

Mince 1-2 cloves of garlic.

Drizzle carrots with oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mix with small Chef’s Tongs.

Mix 2T mayonnaise with pinches of wasabi & garlic. Mix using a whisk. Season with salt & pepper.

Shape ground beef &/or turkey into patties. Add Seasoning Salt & pepper.

Place carrot fries in air fryer, using rotating basket.

Cook on Air Fry setting for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion; season with salt & pepper. Cook until softened.

Once onions are cooked, add 1/4 c water & 1 tsp sugar. Cook until carmelized & jammy.

Onions are done!
Grill burgers.

Top burger with onions; add wasabi Mayo to bun. Serve with carrot fries.
