Burnt Lemon Asparagus
All you need is a lemon, a few garlic cloves, asparagus, and olive oil

Stuff two lemon halves with garlic and roast under the broiler

Remove when burnt

Steam asparagus for 30 seconds

Shock in ice water bath

Arrange asparagus, drizzle in olive oil, salt, and pepper

Squeeze the lemon over the asparagus

Stick it under the broiler on the very top rack. Until tips are browns and crispy.
