Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.

Combine chicken, greek yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, cumin and paprika. Marinate 1 hour minimum.

Before beginning to cook, mince the garlic and ginger and finely chop the onion.

Melt 2 T butter over med-high heat. Add chicken. Brown on all sides. Remove to a plate & keep warm.

Melt 3 T butter. Add onion, cook 3-5 min. Add garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala. Cook 1-2 min.

Add tomato puree and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.

Add chicken back to the pan with accumulated juices. Stir in heavy cream. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
