Add salt, yogurt, garlic & ginger paste, chili powder, lime juice & mustard oil to boneless chicken

Mix it and marinate it for atleast 20 mins

Fry the pieces until they turn light brown using cooking oil and butter. Keep those aside

Fry sliced onions until they are brown

Add salt, garlic & ginger paste, sliced tomatoes and mix

Add chili powder and hot water

Add some cashews

Add sugar and salt to taste and cook it for 15 mins

Cool down the mixture and blend it

Add mixture in the pan with butter, garam masala and cream

Mix it well

Add the light brown chicken pieces to the mixture. Keep it for 10 mins
