Butternut Squash & Apple Flatbread

Prepare your ingredients before you begin. Preheat oven to 400F.

Toss squash with cinnamon and maple syrup.

Spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes or until fork tender.

Roll out pizza dough. Transfer to pizza stone/baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 7 min (partial bake).

Combine the kale, shallot, apple, and pecans. Set aside.

When the squash is done roasting purée it or mash it with a fork. Spread onto the dough.

Top with the apple mixture (you may have extra). Bake 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.

Add goat cheese. Cut into 8 slices and serve warm.
