Cacio e Pepe With Chargrilled Cherry Tomatoes
Boil spaghetti as per instructions boiling salted water,but remove just a min before al dente’
In a frying pan,char grill cherry tomatoes for about 5-6 mins
Keep tossing around for even charring
In another pan, take a little olive oil,add freshly crushed pepper,cook till fragrant
Add a little pasta water till a saucey consistency,add spaghetti and cheese and toss.
Top with cherry tomatoes, fresh baby spinach or basil leaves and enjoy the delicious Cacio e Pepe!
